Josh joined the Coldwell Banker Barrier Reef Realty team after a successful global career in resort development and event management. He achieved a degree in International Relations from the University of Colorado in 1995 which he has used to forge such successful ventures.
Having grown up between Japan, the United States and eventually New Zealand, Josh feels that his multicultural background adds a cosmopolitan spice to his real estate endeavors. When asked why he entered the real estate community Josh replied, I have always had a passion for real estate. Equity in property, for most of us, is our largest asset and the satisfaction found in ensuring successful investments for my clients is paramount.
Additional to his vast marketing, sales, and negotiation experience, Josh is fluent in the Japanese language. He uses these and other skills to represent premium investment properties throughout Port Douglas and Far North Queensland.
